Hydraulic control quick closing valve is mainly used in high safety level systems such as steam turbine exhaust pipelines and blast furnace gas residual pressure power generation devices (TRT). In order to prevent the sudden decrease in pressure inside the steam turbine unit during sudden load shedding, steam from the exhaust pipe and various heaters from flowing into the steam turbine, causing the turbine blades rotating at a high speed of over 3000 revolutions per minute to suddenly reverse and cause malignant accidents such as breaking and damaging the turbine generator, this valve is used for emergency shutdown. In the event of a crisis in the system, the emergency valve can be closed within 0.3~0.8 seconds to achieve reliable shut-off of the pipeline.
This product mainly consists of valve body, gear rack transmission box, quick closing hydraulic device, electrical control box and other parts.
Adopting a three-dimensional eccentric metal sealing structure, the metal sealing ring installed on the valve plate is tightly pressed against the sealing surface of the conical valve body and forms a circular contact when closed. When opened, the entire sealing surface between the sealing ring and the valve seat is simultaneously disengaged from each other, that is, instant contact and instant disengagement. Therefore, there is no macroscopic friction between the sealing surfaces, minimal wear, low opening and closing torque, high sealing accuracy, high temperature resistance, and long service life.
The laminated composite conical metal seal is composed of several sealing layers, and the sealing contact area is a conical surface rather than a line. After the first layer of sealing fails, as long as you move a little, there are still several layers that can play a sealing role, overcoming the disadvantage of line seals being unable to seal again and leaking after wear at the sealing point. Sealing compensation refers to the multi-layered composition within the sealing ring, which forms a labyrinth upon contact with the sealing seat, thereby achieving a labyrinth like sealing effect.
Composite material compensation refers to the sealing ring composed of a stainless steel ring and a high-temperature and high-pressure composite material stacked on top of each other. The stainless steel ring plays a sealing role while ensuring the elasticity and strength of the sealing ring. The high-temperature and high-pressure composite material compensates for the defect of zero leakage in the process of all stainless steel sealing rings and extends the service life of the sealing pair.
