It can achieve proportional adjustment of fluid media in process pipelines and two position switch control. The electric V-shaped flange cast steel ball valve is composed of high-precision electric actuators and high-quality V-shaped ball valves. Due to the V-shaped structure of the core, it has a shear effect on the valve seat. It adopts RC, 381R, PSQ, or HQ electronic angular stroke electric actuators, with functions such as internal servo operation, opening signal position feedback, position indication, manual operation, etc. The structure design of mechatronics integration is strong in function, reliable in performance, simple in wiring, precise in control, small in size, light in weight, small in current resistance, large in flow coefficient, simple in structure, and good in sealing performance. The VQ947H angular stroke electronic electric actuator is the driving device of a V-shaped valve. It is powered by a power supply voltage and receives a unified standard signal (4-20mA, 0-10mA, or 1-5VDC), which is converted into a displacement corresponding to the input signal, changing the rotation angle of the valve core (any angle from 0-90 º). Therefore, a certain input signal corresponds to a certain angle, achieving proportional action. Two position switch type accepts power from AC220V or AC380V, and achieves switch action through motor forward and reverse rotation, while simultaneously outputting valve position indication signals. VV947H has excellent regulating characteristics: the V-shaped valve has an approximately equal percentage inherent flow characteristic and an adjustable ratio of up to 300:1. Therefore, V-shaped valves can provide precise control over a wide range of variations. VQ947H maximum flow volume: Due to its streamlined shape and full right angle rotation control, the maximum volume is particularly high, the flow capacity is particularly large, and the flow resistance is small, so smaller and more economical valve sizes can be used. The VV947HV valve adopts a dual bearing structure, with high mechanical stability and low starting torque, ensuring excellent sensitivity and sensing speed of the valve. VQ947H maximum reliability (safety): The valve body is a solid and durable structure, which is not affected by pipeline pressure during operation and can prevent valve body leakage. The superior sealing performance of VQ947H metal valve seat: The V-shaped valve adopts an elastic movable metal valve seat, with self compensation function, superior sealing performance, and ultra long service life. In terms of flow direction, the leakage rate is ≤ 10-5 times the rated flow coefficient. VQ947H has super strong shear capacity: When the V-shaped valve adopts a metal hard seal structure, the V-shaped valve core and metal valve seat generate a strong shear force with the V-shaped notch and valve seat during the rotation process, which can cut off impurities such as fibers and has self-cleaning function to avoid valve jamming.
