The valve body is cast using advanced technology, featuring reasonable structure and attractive appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, providing reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with back-sealing design. When abnormal pressure rise occurs in the valve cavity, the stem will not be forced out. Drive modes: manual, electric, pneumatic. A 90-degree switching positioning mechanism can be provided, and a lock can be added as needed to prevent misoperation.
Applications of Three-Piece Flanged Ball Valve
Suitable for various pipelines with PN1.0 to 4.0MPa, working temperature -29 to 180°C (sealing ring: reinforced PTFE) or -29 to 300°C (sealing ring: polyphenylene PPL), used for shutting off or connecting media in pipelines. With different material selections, it can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, and many other media.
